Glamsbjerg Central Heating

First we cut not see any savings with the system, that we cut not understand because we cut see that the temperature was drop down essential, then we started a investigation on what was going on.
We find out that the flow meter was showing rung, and the sensor that measure the temperature out from the plan, and was used for the control system, measure a rung value because the water was not mix correct at that point, it was showing different value depended of the flow output from the plant.

There was a new flow meter installed and the sensor that measure the temperature was moved.

We manual recalculated mean value from the year before the system was installed, these values was used to calculated the pipe heading lost. The same was done with the value that the system log to the computer system.

We find out that the savings was 630 MWh.
We have calculated the savings to about 400 MWh. so that is good.

With a cost prize about 300,-Dk.kr. per MWh. the savings is about 189.000,-Dk.kr. for year no. 1

Savings on CO2 outlet.
1 MWh. = 3.6 GJ
When naturegas is turn over to heating, it makes a CO2 outlet on 57 Kg. per GJ.

First the 630 MWh. is changes to GJ / 2,268 GJ = 630 x 3.6 GJ

Savings on CO2 outlet the first year / 129 tons
129,276 Kg. = 2,268 GJ x 57 Kg.
