Special regulateing system for Central Heating Plants.

The system’s goal:
Reduce the consumation of fuel - pipe line loss & CO² emission.
(This is done, by adjusting the time and tempeture from the plant to the current weather condition and the load fromt the consumers.)

The systems history
In the paste 8 years we have developed and improved this system together with all it's users, and today we have a unique system basted on using Fuzzy logic.

All the calculation to find the optimum temperature from the plant is basted on fuzzy Logic teknologi. All the measuring is adjust to the current plant because it's individual from plant to plant.


Morning load compensations:
The system have something we call morning load compensations, what is that?.

The morning load compensation gives the user the possibility to raise the optimum calculated temperature set point, with a variable value, and in a variable time.
The user have the possibilities to change these values on the screen. The function is started when the current outdoor temperature is lower than the outdoor temperature value that is given from the user, at the current start time.

The idea with this features is to store extra heat up in the main pipes, so when the consumer start to use the heat, there is some extra available. This can prevent standby boiler from starting up. - This saves the cost on starting up the boilers.

Local degree day calculation:
The system have local degree day calculation

With data stored from the last 4 years and with calculations on the deviation from normal year.

The system shows the max. and min. outdoor temperature, and the possibility to see the last 7 days of max. and min. outdoor temperature.

The system calculates the total production in MWh. delivered from the plant

The data from every month is stored in a separate file.
The data from the degree days and the total production delivered from the plant, is stored in a separate file for every month.

wiev the saved Monthly data:
Viewing the stored data is available on a seperate page, where the user can select which year and month he/she whishes to see.

Here you can see all of the stored data from a selected month, the file is stored by Year, Month. Example: 0504 = year 2005 and month April.
