Information about the pumptruck

This Pump Truck is the only one in the world that can mix 2 dry materials together to one material, and ad water to the mixed product in a continuous running process.

Here you can see the main picture with 2 silos and a pre-mixer, mixer, and a double pump unit.

There is animation on all motors and silos, on the silos you can see the amount of lb. that is inside .(look at the picture to the right)

Receipt Handling:
The system has receipt handling, the user can ad new product to the system, and adjusts all product that is in the system.

Here is a example of a receipt the volume of the dry material is lb.(pound) and the water in gl. (gallon).

Job rapport system:
The system as job rapport, this page with the job rapport is to be filling-in before the job starts, so when the job is finish, this rapport is save in a separate file on the computer, you can print this rapport direct out from the computer if you want to.

Quality control rapport:
The system has also a quality control rapport, this rapport was also special designed to the Pyramid Floors Inc. wishes.

File control rapport’s:
All rapport are ad to separated files, that means that all rapport can be moved from the computer system on the Pump Truck, to the office computer system, and stored in the company’s job file system.


Printout:
Rapport can be printed out at the jobsite when the job is finish, so you can leave a receipt and documentation to the costumer, on the job you just have done.
